 2. What if My Awards are Damaged or Engraved Incorrectly? 

We try to work very hard to make sure this does not happen, but we know mistakes are bound to happen from time to time. Should we make an error for any reason we will replace the incorrect item in a timely manner at our own expense, of course. If for any reason the error was due to an error on the customer’s part such as a name being spelling incorrectly, we are happy to still replace the item in a timely manner for a nominal fee. If for any reason your item is damaged while shipping, it is extremely important to keep all packaging and wrapping for UPS or Federal Express to inspect. The customer must also contact us as soon as possible.  

3. How Long Does It Take to Receive an Order?
