Of course! We will send you a proof via email of the layout in addition to your order confirmation. We do not begin making the order until you are satisfied with the layout and design. Additionally, we encourage you to check the spelling to ensure there are no errors before we begin processing the order. 3. I am ordering for an organization, is there a discount?

If for any reason the error was due to an error on the customer’s part such as a name being spelling incorrectly, we are happy to still replace the item in a timely manner for a nominal fee. If for any reason your item is damaged while shipping, it is extremely important to keep all packaging and wrapping for UPS or Federal Express to inspect. The customer must also contact us as soon as possible.  

3. How Long Does It Take to Receive an Order?
